“Does pickle juice help to pass drug test?” is one of the discussed questions that I have seen on a few popular weed forums. Finding a job in the current economy isn’t the easiest thing in the world. It’s hard enough to find something that you’re qualified for and would enjoy doing. Additionally, landing a job as a recreational drug user is even harder.
People have discussed the possible benefits of pickle juice and vinegar in passing drug tests. Thousands continue to use THC or marijuana recreationally but this can make getting a job difficult. Most employers and companies continue to discriminate against recreational drug users by using a drug test in their screening process when choosing new employees. Pickle juice and vinegar have emerged as potential solutions to passing drug tests despite using drugs recreationally.
What is Pickle Juice: Benefits and More
Pickle Juice is rich in vinegar and has many benefits. It’s well known for its great taste and potential health gains. Pickles aren’t new. They’ve been around for thousands of years as there’s been evidence of people making pickles in ancient Mesopotamia. By soaking cucumbers in acidic brine to preserve them, the result was pickles. They tasted great and lasted longer. Since then, people have found other benefits for pickles and their juice.
1.One of the most popular benefits of pickle juice is in the treatment of muscle cramps. People have found that consuming pickle juice vs consuming regular water helped decrease the duration of muscle cramps.
2.Pickle juice is rich in lactobacillus which is one of the good types of bacteria found in the gut. Our intestines have good and bad bacteria. It’s important to keep the number of good bacteria within balance so they resist the bad types of bacteria. Lactobacillus is found in high amounts in pickle juice so it’s beneficial to the gut.
3.The effect of pickle juice in blood pressure is controversial. Some report that it helps reduce blood pressure spikes when taken before or after meals. Others say that due to its high amount of sodium, pickle juice can have a reverse effect by elevating blood pressure. Sodium tends to increase the amount of water in the body leading to hypertension and pickles are rich in sodium.
4.Due to their acidic nature, you should not drink pickle juice on an empty stomach or too frequently. Additionally, if you have gastritis or an ulcer, pickle juice will most likely make it worse as it’s highly acidic.
Does Pickle Juice Have Cleansing Benefits or Not?
While pickle juice and vinegar can help you fight muscle cramps and improve your overall gut health, it doesn’t have any cleansing properties. Pickle juice is useful at helping people lose weight and get rid of fat cells. Fat cells may contain toxins and drugs so eliminating them is beneficial. Pickle juice, itself, however, doesn’t have any cleansing benefits.
How Pickle Juice Can Help You Detox Your Body?
Pickle juice can help you detox through the above mentioned mechanism. Toxins are often stored in fat cells in the body. Pickle juice and vinegar will help you lose weight and get rid of these fat cells. While this happens, toxins will be eliminated from the body. How effective pickle juice is when it comes to detoxing isn’t clear. The degree to which it will help you lose weight and detox hasn’t been thoroughly studied.
Is it Reality or a Myth that Pickle Juice Can Actually Help to Pass Urine Drug Test?
First of all, the idea that pickle juice can help you pass a urine drug test only applies to THC or marijuana. No one mentioned any potential benefits when it comes to passing a urine drug test after using barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, or other drugs. We’re only talking about THC.
How does pickle juice or vinegar help you pass a urine drug test? The idea is simple. THC is stored in fat cells and regularly released from them. Eliminating fat cells will deplete THC stores and help your body get rid of THC faster.
While this is the proposed mechanism, not enough studies have proven it. The idea is that you need to consume pickle juice or vinegar for 2 weeks before your drug test to help burn fat. After 10 days of pickle juice consumption, you should stop and give your body time to clear itself of THC.
Before your drug test, it’s recommended that you drink plenty of water. These things haven’t been fully studied and it seems like pickle juice will end up relying on urine dilution. Unfortunately, most labs can now detect dilute urine and you will be required to take another drug test or it will be marked as a failed sample. It’s also not clear if 2 week of pickle juice is enough to get rid of all the fat cells containing THC.
- Easily available and can be made at home.
- Good for gut health.
- Helps with weight loss.
- Shortens duration of muscle cramps.
- Might help reduce blood pressure when taken before or after meals.
- Helps get rid of contaminants in the body.
- Needs to be consumed for about 10 days.
- Not effective unless you abstain from drugs.
- Its effects aren’t proven and mostly rely on urine dilution.
- Might exacerbate hypertension and gastritis or peptic ulcers.
Pickle juice can be made at home and is very cheap. If its effects were proven, it would’ve been the perfect solution to urine drug tests when it comes to THC. It has numerous benefits and can help your body get rid of contaminants faster than usual. When it comes to passing a urine drug test, pickle juice isn’t very reliable because you need to take it for about 10 days and it still might not work.
If you would like to try using pickle juice, you might consider using it as extra help to your natural body detoxification process if you have enough time until your test. If you are running out of time there are a few whole body detox programs which significantly decrease your body cleansing process. I have seen that many users including heavy ones had good results with such products.
